Two Roads.
One Destination.
Two entrepreneurs. Two houses with more than twenty years of history each. What follows is the story of how two roads became one, told by the two people who walked them.
It began twenty-five years apart.

A developer that learned finance
Universal Kraft began in 2000 with energy efficiency for large property portfolios in Sweden and built its first mini-hydro plant in the north of the country. It moved with the market, wind, utility-scale solar, storage, green hydrogen and ammonia, and today develops from a Scandinavian–Iberian base across four continents.
A financier that learned development
BONAE ARTES is the sustainability brand of a European off-market insider for asset-backed project investments since 2002: initiator, developer, investment manager and asset manager in one hand, from the first site visit to the sale or the long-term management of the finished asset.
In 2026 the two roads became one. Universal Kraft brings origination, grid, engineering and operations; BONAE ARTES brings structuring, bank and investor relationships, investment and asset management. UKBA Global Management is the platform where both work on the same files.
Two complementary platforms.
Technical development platform
Technical development, EPC and operations: the side of the house that finds sites, secures grid and builds.
Investment & asset management platform
Investment management, financing, structuring and asset management: the side of the house that makes projects bankable and keeps them performing.
